Our Story, Our Inspiration, Our Vision...
We met during our time at the University of Waterloo while working on student initiative events for a diverse pool of students across numerous disciplines. We have been friends and soundboards ever since!
Over the last decade we have held various positions in our educational, professional and personal lives and noticed a distinct need for EDI training in pretty much every facet. Because of this, we decided to start integrationGeneration with the goal of educating individuals and teams on the need for diversity and inclusion. We want to create a safe space for ongoing conversations about EDI not only within the workplace, but for every place! We encourage people to become comfortable talking about these topics and finding tangible solutions for the prevalent issues in our society in the hopes for a more inclusive and accepting community.

Change Management Programing
We perform environment scans on the existing structures and behaviours, identifying gaps in which tangible impacts can be made with regards to culture add-in, actionable behaviours and communication rollout.
Utilizing a varied approach to implementing actionable and sustainable EDI practices that will enhance the current system and carry forward beyond initial workshops and into global practice.
